CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY

Check In and Check Out times are as follows: 

1. Check In time at 14:00hrs or after

2. Check out time at 12:00hrs or before Day use rate of 50% of rate will be charged for late check outs until 18:00hrs. Check Outs after 18:00hrs will be charged a full day rate. Minimum stay 3 nights period 20 Dec – 05 Jan , Katamaran Resort will not accept check outs on the 31st December for the New Year’s Peak Period.
